What is the Eligibility Criteria to apply for programs at the Institute ?

B.Arch :
10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject and minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/ Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura)
B.Des :
10 + 2 with 60 % marks in aggregate
M.Des :
Passed B.Des in relevant discipline. Merit based + counselling

Fees for B.Arch amount to Rs. 2,88,000 per year (approx.)
Does the campus have Residential facility ?
The University has 23 hostels :
- 17 hostels for boys which accommodate 13,000 students in single, double, three, four bedded and six bedded rooms. A gym facility is also attached with a well maintained swimming pool
- The 6 Women’s hostels have rooms for 4,300 students. Women students have access to gym facilities and a swimming pool inside one of these hostel premises
